HOW DO I USE THE SHOWBAGWORLD.COM WEBSITE?

 

How do I order?

Simply select the products you like, add them to your Cart. Next click Checkout and follow the steps to finalise your payment and submit your order. Easy!

 

How do I pay?

Currently you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal & AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay. You will receive an email that the payment has been accepted and the order is ready to be picked and packed.

 

How do I use a discount code?

You receive a discount code from our advertising email, from the Facebook and promotions . . Then as part of Checkout you can Apply the discount code and receive 10%, 20% or even 25% off depending on the specific code.  Most codes can be used once only. Some are limited to a Sale period or specific products and cant be used before or after that period.

 

How do I get what I order?

Most orders are shipped the following business day by Australia Post or Direct Freight Express and will arrive depending on your location in Australia. You will be notified by email when it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is submitted we’ll email you your invoice and start work on dispatching your special products during the next business day. Next we’ll send you an email with your Australia Post or Direct Freight Express tracking number when your order is dispatched. That way you should be right up to date with the progress of your order.

New Customer Registrations

By creating an account with showbagworld.com, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store your shipping address and track your current orders in your account and more. To make use of our Discount Codes you will also need to be registered.

 

Do I have an account if I get emails from ShowbagWorld.com?

Receiving our emails doesn’t necessarily mean you have a customer account with us. You may have just subscribed to our email list. If you haven’t created a customer account with us before but would like to —click here and you can set one up.

 

DELIVERY

How long will it take?

As a guide, you will typically receive your order within the following timeframes:

  • Melbourne: 1-4 Business days
  • NSW, remote VIC, SA, Brisbane: 2-6 Business days
  • QLD (ex-Brisbane): 3-9 Business days
  • Rest of Australia: 3-12 Business Days

For delivering the goods, ShowbagWorld.com uses Australia Post eParcel and Direct Freight Express service.

The cost of Postage and Handling is added to your order after any discounts or specials have been subtracted. Please see table below for cost of shipping.

 

International Delivery

At this stage ShowbagWorld.com can ship to Australia and New Zealand.

 

Customer Pickup

This service will be available soon from our Melbourne HQ.

 

Large Items to Non-Metropolitan Destinations

Most items fall within our standard delivery price structure. If you live in a regional area and desperately want a large item (that is nor normally available outside the metropolitan area)  we are happy to quote on shipping, please contact us for a quote and we will process your order manually.

 

How much does it cost?

Postage and handling is charged based on the value of your order. So it’s easy for you to estimate. See table below for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched.

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes items sent via Australia Post can be sent to a PO Box. The post office will put a Parcel Notice in your PO Box and then you can collect the parcel during that Post Office’s opening hours.

Please note the prefferred method to send Confectionery Showbags is via direct freight to ensure quality of good we don't recommend sending perishable items via Australia Post due to delivery times &  temperature variations.

 

 

Do you offer express delivery?

We will not have express delivery in the foreseeable future.

 

What if I am not home during delivery?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your Postman will leave a Parcel Notice stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. If your item is sent with Direct Freight Express if safe to do they will leave in a safe place out of the weather.

 

Who do you use for delivery?

ShowbagWorld.com uses the Australia Post eParcel service and Direct Freight Express.

 

What if my delivery address is wrong can I change it?

Contact our Customer Service Team via email info@showbagworld.com as soon as possible. We may be able to change your delivery address – providing the order hasn’t been sent.

Returns and Refunds

We promise our products will be as impressive as they appear on our website. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of any item within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item , a refund or repair of the item. We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of products:

  • for defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
  • or if you have changed your mind

Your rights under the Australian Consumer law:

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced, at our discretion, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure’”.
